Terms of Service

SellSutra is an online order management and ERP tool for marketplace sellers. Features may change as we improve the product. During the pilot, features may be incomplete and the service is provided as it is.

• You must give accurate business details and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for the users you invite and what they do in your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You own your business data and your customers' data. You give us permission to process it only to provide SellSutra to you, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement. You confirm you have the right to share the data you connect or upload.

SellSutra connects to marketplaces only through official APIs or report files you upload. We never ask for your marketplace password. You must follow each marketplace's own seller terms. Marketplaces are independent companies, and we are not responsible for their systems, decisions or payouts.

• Do not use SellSutra for anything illegal, or to send spam or malware.
• Do not try to access other customers' data or break our security.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

The pilot is free. Paid plans, when launched, are billed in advance as shown at the time you subscribe, plus GST. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We aim to keep SellSutra available at all times, but there may be maintenance windows or outages. Support is available by email and phone during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST).

SellSutra helps you manage your business but does not replace your own checks. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closure we delete or return your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
